CraveLab is a pre-release, invitation-only service. You may submit content only when you are entitled to access and use it. The preserved Reel remains attributed to its source and is provided for personal recipe reference, not republication.

Recipe extraction and ingredient matching can be incomplete or wrong. Review allergies, food safety, cooking temperatures, and nutrition matches before relying on them. CraveLab is not medical or dietary advice.

Do not probe another person’s data, abuse the Instagram bot, automate excessive downloads, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended to protect users, providers, or infrastructure. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability during beta.
