Delete your CraveLab data

If you can sign in

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Erase account. CraveLab queues deletion of your account, Instagram identity link, private libraries and pantries, source media, derivatives, provider artifacts, and audit-linked application records. Content owned by another person is retained with your membership removed.

Go straight to Settings, or sign in first.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@cravelab.app from your account email and include your Instagram username. We will verify control before deletion. You can also remove CraveLab from Instagram or Meta’s connected-app controls to stop future messages.
